Specifically, Walking Wisely is committed to help individuals and families fulfill the role the Lord has for them on a daily basis.

In the midst of the pressures brought on by life’s demands and circumstances, sometimes a person or even a family can lose focus of what their purpose is and their ability to fulfill that purpose.    We are equipped to help give clear, sensitive and private guidance to our clients.    In our services, we desire to offer encouragement and hope with biblical wisdom to every person that comes through our door.

Bill Neal, lead counselor and founder of WWCS, was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee.  He graduated from Mid-South Bible College in Memphis and Talbot Theological Seminary in La Mirada, California and did post grad work in Europe and the Middle East.  Bill has forty years of ministry experience which includes being the former Director of Counseling with John MacArthur’s Grace to You radio ministries in southern California.

He has also served with Bible teaching churches and organizations in Alabama, Arizona, California and Tennessee as a pastor and counselor having served thousands of individuals and families.

Bill is the author of Walking in Wisdom, a verse by verse 382 page study guide through the book of Proverbs which is geared to help a parent help their child develop discernment as they mature in life to honor the Lord.   If you are looking for a guide to help you as a parent with your child, this resource can be very helpful.   Contact our office for more information about how you can purchase one of these guides.

Bill is also a Golf Pastor as he has had the privilege of using golf as a platform to share about Christ and teaching golf and character development to thousands of students from ages 3 and up in schools, churches, golf courses and resorts, and parks and recreation programs around the United States.   He is a national instructor of SNAG Golf which provides a wonderful way to teach kids golf both visually and educational.

Judge Milton Brown Railcar history:  The Judge Milton Brown railcar was personally commissioned in 1948 and named by Jacksonian I.B. Tigrett, president of the GM & O railroad. The Judge Milton Brown Pullman car was completed at a cost of $148,000 and delivered in August of 1950. "The Judge" was the last new passenger car dedicated to the GM&O railroad. It is one of only four cars made of this model. The others were the Samuel King Tigrett (presently owned by Isaac Tigrett), the Culver White and the Timothy B. Blackstone. "The Judge" was built to run from Chicago to Mobile and did so until 1958. It continued limited service between Chicago and St. Louis until 1969.  It was donated to American Family Radio and Casey Jones Village and relocated to  the Village in 2008 where it was restored and opened in 2009.

The historical significance of "The Judge" to Jackson is extensive. Judge Milton Brown was a prominent lawyer, teacher and United States Representative who lived from 1804 to 1883. He was the president of the Mississippi Central & Tennessee Railroad Company from 1854 to1856 and president of the Mobile and Ohio Railroad from 1856 to 1871.  He is solely credited with bringing the railroad to Jackson, Tennessee.
